Job Description
To draw a manpower plan for the month based on the qty. as requirement month wise.
Allocation of the manpower on various jobs according to their skill & ability to get better output from them & to see the full utilization, CNC Programming and its application, To attend the daily production meeting on daily basis.
Centreless Granding machine function & its knowledge, Tool monitoring & tool finalization. Based on requirement.
To coordinate with PPC to draw weekly plan to meet the Assembly & customer requirement.
If required, do changes in the plan drawn (Weekly plan), To monitor daily production output of all the lines.
To analyze the reason behind the losses, this hampered the production output.
To take necessary corrective & preventive actions to minimize the losses / to avoid the reoccurrence.
To monitor the corrective & preventive action taken, To monitor the effectiveness of the action taken.
If required, to check for the different solutions for the problem & carry out the same sequence till the problem resolved.
To ensure the periodic maint. of the machines in coordination with Maintenance dept.
To monitor the daily rejection / rework losses in machining dept.
To analyze the root cause for rejection & its action, To take corrective / preventive actions to avoid the reoccurrence.
To take awareness improvement training programs online for the associates / Engineers to maintain the rejection level below set target. (Cost wise / Qty. wise), To ensure the full manpower utilization, To confirm the manpower plan vs. actual.
KEY SKILLS: Rework, PPC, Manager Internal Audit, Usage, SAP, Analytical, Automobile components, CNC programming, Machine shop, Monitoring
QUALIFICATION: UG: Diploma in Mechanical, PG: Any Postgraduate
SALARY TYPE: Good salary and benefits as per the local industry standards, but may not be a constraint for a good candidate.
EXPERIENCE: 6 – 8 years
