Job Description

Achieve targeted efficiency and production.
Maintain and monitor required quality standards at every stage of production.
Continuous monitor the alarm system to take appropriate action plans,
Minimize the idle spindle in the ring frame to achieve maximum utilization.
Motivate workers to achieve target production and the desired quality.
Maintaining and healthy environment on the shop floor we motivate workers to work practices.
Design and implement best practices on the shop floor.

KEY SKILLS: Spinning, YARN, Textile, product mix, Production Supervising, Cotton, Manpower Handling

QUALIFICATION: Diploma in Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. in Textile

SALARY TYPE: Good salary and benefits as per the local industry standards, but may not be a constraint for a good candidate.

EXPERIENCE: 3 – 5 years
