Job Description

The Factory Manager is responsible for operating Factory as per agreed standards. S/he leads manufacturing activities in the factory to achieve desired service levels on time. The Factory Director delivers site targets following the supply chain and category strategies including targets on service, costs, productivity, quality, innovation and OSHE. Make factory future fit by building the capabilities of Digital, UMS and ongoing upskilling of employees at all levels.

EXPERIENCE:10 – 12 years

QUALIFICATION: 10-12 Years experience in Supply Chain (Manufacturing/Technology, SHE, Quality are must, additionally Plan, RD an advantage)
