Pilot Plant Program Manager – Umami Bioworks
Job Description
- Operational Pilot Plant Setup: Coordinate internal teams and external partner to establish a fully operational pilot plant in line with project objectives.
- Project Planning and Coordination: Lead project planning efforts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between technical and operations teams for seamless pilot plant setup and technology transfer.
- Logistics and Compliance: Organize logistics and liaise with partners, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met and risks are managed effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external clients and partners, addressing project-related queries and troubleshooting technical or operational challenges.
- Risk and Timeline Management: Monitor project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within budget.

QUALIFICATION:
- Master s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in project management.
- OR Bachelor s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in project management.
