Plant Head : To partner with the Leadership team for effectively delivering results through people strategy. Closely coordinating with all key stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient deliverables and performance levels. Will have all departmental Heads ( Production , Production , Packaging , Logistics , Engineering , EHS , Business Excellence , Stores) reporting into the position. The plant has a total hedcount exceeding 1000#
