- They also implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for employees
- Plant Heads manage a team of supervisors, engineers, and production workers, ensuring that they have the necessary training and resources to perform their jobs effectively
- Plant Heads develop and manage plant budgets, including capital expenditures, operating expenses, and labor costs
