Job Description

As Plant Head for Colour Masterbatches Industry, you will be responsible for managing all manufacturing processes at our plant, ensuring that production meets deadlines and adheres to health and safety protocols. You will oversee the production schedule, implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, and reduce costs. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and employees will be crucial to your success in this role.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven experience as a Plant Head or similar role.

• Shoud be experienced in Colour Masterbatches industries/ Polymer/ Additives/ Compound/ Plastic Industry.
• Proficient in strong Technical Knowledge, Manage Production and all Departments, Enhance Process and Efficiency.
• A team Player with leadership skills.
• Maintain a Positive attitude focused on client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate
