Job Description

• Experience in manufacturing operations.
•  6+ years experience in a supervisory capacity and leadership roles.
•  Bachelors degree in production management, Engineering, or a related field.
•  Excellent project management skills.
•  Experience in creating procedures and monitoring product servicing activities.
•  Experience in production and quality control as per ISO 13485.
• Decent understanding of medical device manufacturing processes.
•  Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety.
•  Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group.
•  Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.

KEY SKILLS: PPC ,ISO 13485 ,QMS ,Production.

QUALIFICATION:UG: Any Graduate, PG Any Postgraduate, Doctorate, Doctorate Not Required.

SALARY TYPE: Good salary and benefits as per the local industry standards, but may not be a constraint for a good candidate.

EXPERIENCE: 6 – 8 years
