Production Engineer

Job Description

Developing production schedules and ensuring completion on time.
Resource allocation, setting timelines, and coordinating with different departments.

Resource Management & Quality Control:
Managing resources such as materials, equipment, and manpower.
Ensuring that all necessary materials are available for production and that the team is properly manned.
Overseeing quality control processes to ensure that the products meet the required standards and specifications.
Implementing quality assurance protocols as per the customer requirements.

Process Optimization:
Continuously analyzing and improving production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
Identify new production techniques, or methods that can enhance efficiency or product quality. Aligning production strategies with the organizations long-term goals

Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:
Quickly addressing any issues that arise during the production process, whether it involves machinery, workforce, or supply chain disruptions.
Ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining production flow.

Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensuring that all production activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Implementing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.

IMS Awareness & Implementation:
Understand the various ISO standards requirements and fulfil the same.
Perform appropriate roles in different committees of ISO standards

Reporting and Analysis:
Providing regular reports to senior management regarding production status, costs, and any challenges or opportunities.
Utilizing data to drive strategic decision-making.
