We are a dynamic rubber parts moulding company seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to lead our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.

QUALIFICATION:

1.Proven experience in manufacturing, preferably in the rubber or molding industry.

3.Ability to analyze data and drive decisions based on insights.
4.Knowledge of production planning and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

EXPERIENCE: 5 – 10 years
