Job Description
Skills and Experience:
- S/he must have overall Oracle SaaS/PaaS Cloud Implementation experience of 6-15 years
- Has been a part of at least 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud/ERP Cloud Implementations
- Possess good experience in Oracle Digital Assistant(ODA) implementation
- Possess good knowledge of implementing ODA for SaaS and ODA for PaaS
- Understanding of creating effective conversational flows using ODA tools.
- Knowledge of NLP concepts for enhancing chatbot understanding.
- Integration of ODA with other applications using RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of Webhooks for connecting external systems with ODA
- Basic UX knowledge to create user friendly and Intuitive conversational interfaces.
- Implementation of robust security measures and authentication mechanism to safeguard user data.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and services.
- Proficiency in skillsets like Java, JavaScript or Python for customization and
integration. - Good knowledge of Oracle Fusion Web Services(SOAP/REST)
- Should have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing project environment.

- Resolve Support Tickets strictly in a timely manner.
- Willing to work in 24*7 shift
- Incident Management
- Service Request Fulfillment
- Monitor Application Performance & Batch Jobs
- Keep documentation current and prepare SOPs for routine tasks
- Collaborate with internal & external teams to provide end-to-end resolution across Application issues Skills (Good-to-have)
- Familiarity of commonly used Software Products in Insurance domain
