Mulesoft Senior Developer – Ducen

Job Description

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Mulesoft and overall 5+ years of experience.
• Expert in application development technologies supported by their team.
• Ability to lead work with analysts and test engineers to move application changes through all stages of development.
• Analyzes existing program logic to determine best method of accomplishing required changes or cause application error.
• Directs and supports maintenance and tackles the most challenging modification of applications as directed.
• Drives technical design and code architecture within their application.
• Demonstrates a firm understanding of their application and how it fits into the overall domain.
• Conduct extensive code reviews and actively make recommendations for following standards and best practices when reviewing.
• Work with junior level developers, analysts, and test engineers to help move work done by junior peers through the stages of development.
• Ability to lead a small team and ensure work is moving forward and roadblocks are being addressed.
• Act as a leader and coach to less experienced team members or newer team members learning their technology or application.
• Displays a level of influence outside of their immediate team.
• Work with technology partners to ensure delivery is consistent with the enterprise’s quality and delivery standards.
• Stays current on the latest trends and best practices within their area of expertise and actively tries to incorporate them into the team’s day-to-day work.
• Willingness to participate and lead in enterprise innovation initiatives.
• Ability to communicate and make recommendations to the business regarding project work.
• Promotes and mentors the team in the use of new technologies like Gen AI to be more effective and efficient in completing deliverables
• Willingness to work in shift hours (in rotation)
• Experience in support activities, incident management and resolution.
