We are seeking an HR Manager to join our team. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of the human resources department. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the organizations goals and objectives. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
The day-to-day:
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organizations goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and provide recommendations on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development.
