Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead and manage the recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role is critical in ensuring we meet our staffing needs efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Portal Management: Utilize Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other job portals to post job advertisements, source candidates, and manage applications. Develop and maintain a strong presence on these platforms to attract high-quality talent.
Recruitment Strategy: Create and execute recruitment strategies that align with the companys objectives and hiring needs. Use data from job portals and market research to inform strategy.
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search for and engage potential candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the company culture.
