Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in hiring, recruitment, and day-to-day HR operations, including payroll management. This role is crucial to maintaining a smooth and efficient HR function within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage onboarding and exit processes.
  • Handle payroll processing and related documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate day-to-day HR activities (attendance, leaves, compliance).
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
  • Familiarity with payroll software/tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
