Job Description
- Work with company CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR projects that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
- Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
- Monitor employee progress and keep up-to-date on the company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.
- Regularly meet workers for progress reports and feedback, addressing any concerns or complaints they might have.
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
- Understand and abide by all applicable labour laws.

EXPERIENCE: 1 – 6 years
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
Must be able to communicate in English
