Job Description
- Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant federal, state and local laws for all positions
- Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions
- Develop training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities.
- Creates and updates payroll strategy through market analysis and pay surveys
- Handles employee grievances and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts
- Motivate employees for assignments by establishing and conducting induction, orientation and training programs.
- Establish key metrics to accurately define the competencies and skills required for each role/department within the organization along with individual performance mapping to set-up the KPI framework
- Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
