Clevertize is looking for a HR Manager with 1-4 years of experience in an advertising agency . As the HR Manager serves a first point of contact for prospective employees, the candidate has to have excellent communication skills, needs to be dynamic and highly confident.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and Manage entire recruitment activities
- Taking care of Joining formalities and induction process
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Attendance and Leave management
- Performance Management
- Plan employee engagement activities
- Take care of day to day admin activities
