Clevertize is looking for a HR Manager with 1-4 years of experience in an advertising agency . As the HR Manager serves a first point of contact for prospective employees, the candidate has to have excellent communication skills, needs to be dynamic and highly confident.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and Manage entire recruitment activities
  • Taking care of Joining formalities and induction process
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Attendance and Leave management
  • Performance Management
  • Plan employee engagement activities
  • Take care of day to day admin activities
