Job Description
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, cold calling, resume screening, interviews, scheduling machine tests, offers, and negotiations.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talents including setting efficient screening processes, conducting streamlined interviews, and leveraging applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Collaborate with the hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
- Sourcing of resumes through networking, internet tools, and cold calling to source both passive and active candidates
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and ensure alignment with the company s culture and objectives.
- Coordinate with the hiring managers to maintain effective communication throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a seamless on-boarding process for new hires including sending offer letters, document lists, and complete documentation of selected candidates.
- Handling the recruitment team, training them, sharing profiles and making sure timely closure of profiles.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruitment initiatives as required.

QUALIFICATION:
