Job Description

  • Continuous building of candidate database
  • Database generation
  • Interaction with Clients.
  • Maintaining Relation with candidates as well as clients
  • Identifying, screening & short- listing quality candidates and co- ordinate meetings with the client.
  • Ensure that the candidate joins the client company after he accepts the offer.
  • Maintaining the database, head hunting / networking in the relevant space.
  • Interacting with clients & understanding the position requirements.
