- Continuous building of candidate database
- Database generation
- Interaction with Clients.
- Maintaining Relation with candidates as well as clients
- Identifying, screening & short- listing quality candidates and co- ordinate meetings with the client.
- Ensure that the candidate joins the client company after he accepts the offer.
- Maintaining the database, head hunting / networking in the relevant space.
- Interacting with clients & understanding the position requirements.
