Job Description
- Overall Responsibility of Factory OPERATIONS ?? overseeing following departments: Production & Maintenance, Stores and Despatch, Quality Assurance, HR and Admin
- Meeting Strategic Goals and Profitability Targets for the Unit
- Serve as Link between Customers, Head Office ?? Marketing/ Accounting/ Planning Departments, Suppliers AND Plant
- Build and Motivate Team
Desired profile of the candidate
- Minimum 40 years of age.
- Minimum Work Experience: 15 Years
- Worked minimum 5 Years as Production Manager in a Plastics Moulding Unit, and 3 Years as a Factory Manager
- ISO 9001:2015 Proficiency
KEY SKILLS: HR Administrator, Head Business Development, Manager Quality Assurance, MIN, Excel, ISO 9001, Factory operations, Accounts Head, Accounting, Mechanical
QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate, Any Postgraduate
EXPERIENCE: 15 – 20 years
