Job Description
As a Factory Manager at Bedeck Woods Manufacturing LLP, you will oversee and coordinate all production activities, ensuring that operations are efficient, on schedule, and aligned with quality standards.
You will lead a team of production employees, manage resources, and maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Your role will also involve driving process improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
KEY SKILLS:
- Oversee the entire production process, including planning, scheduling, and task allocation.
- Ensure finished goods meet quality standards by collaborating with quality control teams.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Develop and manage manufacturing budgets, estimating costs and optimizing resource utilization.
- Prepare production reports for senior management and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and facilitate team meetings.
EXPERIENCE: 6 – 8 years
QUALIFICATION: UG: Any Graduate
