- Candidate Screening SelectionProcess:
- Electrical Diploma only 2022 pass outand 2023 appearing( Final Semester) candidates only
- Should be fresher (without anyexperience)
- Academic Grades: 55% in 10th, 55% in Diploma (aggregate %) with no pending backlog
- Physical Fitness: Physically fit with no medical history and having physical endurance to climb 90-120 meter tall-Wind turbine towers
KEY SKILLS: Selection process, Turbine, HR, Electricals, Testing
EXPERIENCE: 0 – 1 years
