Please read these terms and conditions (“terms and conditions”, “terms”) carefully before using firstjob.org.in (“website”, “service”) operated by [First Job Human Capital Limited] (“us”, “we”, “our”, “FJHCL”).
By using this website, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to stop using the website accordingly. [First Job Human Capital Limited] only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms
2. Privacy Policy
Privacy policy Before you continue using our website, we advise you to read our privacy policy regarding our user data collection. It will help you better understand our practices.
3. Purpose
FJHCL serves as a platform for users, members, and visitors to connect regarding genuine job vacancies and career enhancement services.
4. Usage
Access FJHCL and its services is strictly for the subscriber’s personal and genuine purposes. Any unauthorized use, such as copying, downloading, or sharing credentials, is prohibited and may result in actions FJHCL to protect its interests.
5. Quality and Liability
FJHCL provides open access and does not guarantee the authenticity or quality of responses. Users are responsible for verifying the genuineness of responses and conducting their own background checks.
6. Use of Information
By using FJHCL, you grant permission for your actions on the platform to be used for advertising and other content purposes by FJHCL, without compensation.
7. Third Party Links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Users access these links at their own risk.
8.Accuracy of Information
Users must provide accurate information and keep their profiles updated. FJHCL is not liable for inaccuracies and advises visitors to verify information independently.
9. Confidentiality and Data Sharing
FJHCL does not share personally identifiable information without permission except as required by law. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
10. Prohibited Actions
Users agree not to FJHCL, including spamming, unauthorized access, or posting objectionable content. Violations may result in termination of services.
11. User Content
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content they upload. FJHCL disclaims liability for any false or misleading information.
12. Security and Disruptions
FJHCL makes efforts to maintain platform security but does not guarantee error-free, virus-free operation. Subscriptions are subject to applicable quotas and terms.
13. Payment and Refunds
Payments are on an advance basis; refunds are discretionary. FJHCL does not guarantee server uptime or application performance.
14. Amendments and Indemnity
FJHCL reserves the right to amend terms without notice. Users agree to FJHCL from damages related to their use of FJHCL
15. Legal Compliance
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and indemnify FJHCL for any violations
16. Arbitration and Governing Law
Any disputes are subject to arbitration in Jurisdiction of High Court of Chennai under Indian law. The exclusive jurisdiction for disputes is High Court of Chennai
17. Miscellaneous
FJHCL may post user data on its platforms as deemed appropriate. Subscriptions do not confer exclusivity, and FJHCL is not liable in legal proceedings between users and third parties.
18. Termination
Non-compliance may lead to termination of user rights and removal of offending information.
19. Disclaimer
FJHCL disclaims liability for damages arising from the use of services on FJHCL.
ADDITIONALLY, DEPENDING ON THE SERVICES SELECTED, SPECIFIC TERMS APPLY:
1. Resume Services and Posting in FJHCL:
- You have the sole authority to update your resume/data free of cost.
- FJHCL satisfactory or any response to your resume/data.
- FJHCL does not guarantee the authenticity or status of prospective employers who download your resume/data.
- FJHCL is not liable for any loss of data or corruption due to unforeseen events beyond its control.
- You are solely responsible for verifying responses received post-registration and any actions taken in response.
- Uploading multiple resumes may result in their removal without notice. This service is exclusively for job-seeking purposes; commercial use is prohibited.
- FJHCL reserves the right to reject or delete any resume/data without explanation.
- You can add, modify, or change data/information in your profile but cannot substitute it with another person’s data.
- FJHCL may edit resumes to fit its database requirements.
- FJHCL provides a password for accessing information on FJHCL; safeguarding this password is your responsibility.
- When expressing interest in a job listing FJHCL, you authorize FJHCL to share your application details with the relevant employer(s).
2. Additional Terms for Usage FJHCL
12. By using FJHCL, you acknowledge that FJHCL is not responsible for the content, format, or delivery method of the employer’s application process.13. Your application materials may be stored and processed by FJHCL irrespective of job vacancy status. FJHCL may use these materials to suggest relevant job listings. 14. Information posted on public areas of FJHCL may be accessed globally, and FJHCL does not control its use by third parties.
15. If you sign in using Facebook/Google, you authorize FJHCL to access and use specific account information. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy. 16. You are responsible for setting privacy options to restrict access to your data by corporate entities, individuals, or consultants.
3. Privacy Settings and Usage
17. Even if your profile is marked unsearchable, viewing a FJHCL profile may display a snapshot of your profile while logged into your FJHCL account. 18. While FJHCL to maintain privacy settings, it is not liable if your resume is viewed by a blocked user. 19. You confirm you are not a minor or under any legal disability affecting your ability to comply with these terms or use the subscribed services. 20. Any modifications to your data/information take effect 24-48 hours after submission.
4. Registration Agreement
21. On registration, you agree to make your resume searchable to FJHCL subscribers. You may adjust this in your Privacy Settings. 22. You may receive job alerts and promotional mailers, which you can opt out of through the Privacy Setting section of your resume. 23. The user agreement terminates upon completion of the service term, violation of terms, or mutual agreement in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
24. Users do not claim copyright or other intellectual property rights over the data they upload on the website.
These terms regulate the usage of FJHCL Violation of these terms may result in legal action, civil or criminal, against the user. By accepting these terms, you indemnify FJHCL against any damages arising from your use of FJHCL services
Terms and Conditions for Applications by Non-Registered Users:
- The user affirms that all data/information provided in the resume is accurate and truthful in every respect.
- FJHCL does not share personally identifiable data of any individual with other companies/entities without explicit permission. However, FJHCL may utilize such information for its own purposes, including promotional mailers, and in response to legal obligations such as court orders or subpoenas.
- The user agrees not to disseminate false, objectionable, or offensive material using these services.
- This interface is exclusively intended for bona fide job applications; any other usage is strictly prohibited.
- FJHCL does not guarantee or provide any warranty regarding the credentials, bona fides, status, or any other aspect of the prospective employer/organization that downloads the resume or uses the information/data to contact the user.
- The user shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any person or entity, nor shall they attempt to obtain or retain information from any computer system with malicious intent.
- Users/subscribers/visitors to FJHCL or its affiliated sites are prohibited from introducing, posting, or transmitting information or software containing computer viruses, contaminants, worms, or other harmful components on the internet, FJHCL site, sub-domains, affiliate sites, or any other network system.
- FJHCL will not participate in legal disputes between a user (e.g., a subscriber) and a party contracted through the site. If FJHCL becomes involved in legal proceedings, costs will be recovered from the party that implicates FJHCL, following due legal process.
- When expressing interest in a Job Listing on FJHCL website, you are submitting your CV and application information, including relevant documents, to FJHCL website. By doing so, you authorize FJHCL to share such application information with the applicable Employer(s) for the relevant Job Listing(s).
- Additionally, by using FJHCL website, you acknowledge that FJHCL website is not responsible for the content, format, or method of delivery of the Employer’s application form, messages, screener questions, testing assessments, or required documents.
- You consent to FJHCL website processing and analyzing your application, documents, and any responses exchanged between you and the Employer through FJHCL website in accordance with these terms of use and FJHCL website Privacy Policy. FJHCL website may store and process such information irrespective of whether a job vacancy has been filled. FJHCL website may also use your application materials (including public CVs and responses to employer’s questions) to determine your potential interest in a Job Listing and may contact you regarding such opportunities.
- Information posted in public areas of FJHCL sites or applications, or made visible in the resume and profile database, may be accessed, used, and stored by individuals globally, including in countries without legislation guaranteeing adequate protection of personal information. While FJHCL website implements measures to safeguard your information from unauthorized access or misuse, FJHCL website does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their use of the information you provide. Therefore, you should refrain from posting sensitive information or any data you wish to keep private on any part of FJHCL website or its applications, or on a public website.
Additional Terms for Recruiters Accessing FJHCL website:
Recruiters (“You”) accessing any part of the FJHCL website agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws concerning the processing of personal data. Personal data shall not be processed unlawfully or excessively beyond the agreed purposes defined in the privacy policy and these terms and conditions.
- You shall implement sufficient technical and organizational measures to safeguard any personal data shared by the Company against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, damage, alteration, or disclosure.
- You are responsible for any misuse of personal details accessed through your account. Services subscribed by You shall only be accessed and extended to authorized personnel bound by employment and confidentiality agreements.
- You agree to provide reasonable assistance necessary to facilitate the management of any Data Security Breach in a prompt and compliant manner, as required by relevant privacy laws.
- You acknowledge that the responsibility for fulfilling data subject requests lies with the party holding or processing the collected/shared Personal Data.
- You warrant that Personal Data obtained from the Company shall not be disclosed or transferred to any sub-processors without ensuring adequate and equivalent safeguards for the Personal Data.
- Personal Data shared shall be retained or processed only for as long as necessary to fulfill the agreed purposes.
- Once collected, You shall act as an independent Data Controller with respect to the shared personal data and shall be accountable for its secure usage at all times.
- To prevent unauthorized access to your account, maintain control over the devices used to access FJHCL and refrain from disclosing passwords or other confidential details associated with the account.
- FJHCL may collect device location and technical details when You use a device to access the Platform, ensuring secure account access.
FJHCL reserves the right to restrict or disable access to your account in case of suspicious activity detected therein.
Classified Job Listing Terms:
- FJHCL will display vacancy information and other Classified sections on FJHCL website or affiliated sites and publications as deemed appropriate, at no additional cost to the subscriber/user.
- Each job listing in the classified section of on FJHCL website will be displayed for a fixed period, subject to change without prior notice. Refreshing an existing listing extends its duration by an additional fixed period from the date of refresh, counted as a new posting.
- FJHCL reserves the right to reject any job insertion or information provided by the subscriber, before or after uploading vacancy details. Any payments made may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at FJHCL’s discretion.
- By posting a job on the website, you confirm that you possess all necessary licenses and permits for recruitment. You agree to indemnify FJHCL against all claims and damages arising from actions related to the job posting.
- FJHCL may modify or edit vacancy details to fit its database requirements.
- Recruiters may provide up to two email IDs per vacancy posted in the section for receiving application notifications from FJHCL website. Contact information provided for listings must be consistent; multiple contact details for the same listing are not permitted.
- Information provided by the Recruiter and displayed by FJHCL on FJHCL website becomes publicly accessible. FJHCL may display vacancies from subscribers in other media, including print, at no additional cost, at its discretion.
- FJHCL does not guarantee a satisfactory response or any response at all to job postings.
- FJHCL is not liable for any information received by the subscriber. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to verify and authenticate received information at their own cost.
- FJHCL is not responsible for any loss of data, technical or otherwise, due to reasons beyond its control, such as data corruption, delays, or failures caused by strikes, riots, government policies, unauthorized data tampering, war, or natural disasters.
- Services commence only upon receipt of upfront charges from the subscriber or a third party acting on their behalf.
- The Recruiter assures FJHCL that advertised jobs on FJHCL website are genuine and within their authority to advertise.
- The subscriber/recruiter affirms that no fees will be charged from applicants in response to jobs advertised on FJHCL website for processing applications or responses.
- FJHCL reserves the right to modify the appearance, design, prominence, classification, or depiction of the classified section of FJHCL website without prior notice or explanation.
- The subscription is non-transferable and may not be resold by the subscriber. Usage from third-party premises/networks requires prior written permission from FJHCL.
- FJHCL assigns passwords to enable subscribers to post vacancies on agreed-upon sections of the site. The subscriber is solely responsible for password security, and FJHCL is not liable for any data loss, theft, corruption, misuse, or unauthorized access.
- Users of these services do not claim copyright or other Intellectual Property Rights over the data uploaded on the website.
Email Policy for Subscription Services:
- Subscription or free services initiated through SMS/Voice/WAP or any other method, for services provided by FJHCL website, including job search, job alerts, forum chat, career services, or related offerings, are governed by these terms.
- Users of the services provided by FJHCL website consent to receive emails related to the site and services, including job opportunities and promotional offers.
- FJHCL reserves the right to restrict or disable user accounts if suspicious activity is detected or if account security is compromised.
Anti-Spam Policy:
Access to and use of the FJHCL website database is governed by this policy. Our services are designed to facilitate recruitment solutions and should only be used to contact appropriate candidates for legitimate job opportunities.
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
- Sending marketing or promotional emails.
- Sending offensive messages.
- Using misleading subject lines to obscure the original message.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate services, without prior notice, for any user found to be originating spam. No refunds will be provided under such circumstances.
The following are examples (not exhaustive) of messages classified as spam:
- Unsolicited bulk messages or commercial communications.
- Voice calls or SMS to telephone numbers listed on the National Consumer Preference Register.
- Emails unrelated to job opportunities.
- Messages with misleading subject lines.
- Blank messages.
- Sending an extraordinarily high number of emails.
- Soliciting payments through emails.
Sending misleading or fraudulent emails.
Users agree to indemnify and hold FJHCL harmless from any damages or claims arising from the use of their FJHCL accounts to transmit spam. We recommend users change their passwords regularly to prevent misuse of their accounts.

Recruiter Terms and Conditions:
- The user alone may update or edit the FJHCL Recruiter profile. The user agrees not to upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information that is unlawful or could be perceived as harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, or objectionable based on race, ethnicity, or other grounds.
- FJHCL reserves the right to remove profiles uploaded by the same recruiter using the same or different accounts without notice.
- FJHCL reserves its right to reject or delete any profile or information/data provided by the user without specifying a reason.
- The user bears sole responsibility for the safekeeping of login details. FJHCL is not liable for data loss, theft, corruption, or misuse of passwords, including any resulting damage or information leaks caused by third parties. FJHCL commits to taking reasonable precautions to prevent password leakage or misuse.
- FJHCL assumes no liability for information received by the user. It is the user’s sole responsibility to verify and authenticate received information or responses at their own expense.
- The user confirms they are not a minor and have no legal disability restricting compliance with these Terms. They acknowledge minimal risk in using the subscribed and purchased services.
- Changes or modifications made by the user to data or information will take effect 24-48 hours after submission.
Upon registration, the user agrees: a. To make their profile publicly available. b. That posting a job on FJHCL website or sending an email to a job seeker via FJHCL may include a snapshot of their public FJHCL Recruiter profile. c. That they have the authority to upload job listings through their FJHCL Recruiter profile. d. That FJHCL may feature vacancy information posted through their FJHCL Recruiter account in Classified sections on FJHCL website or its affiliated platforms as deemed appropriate by FJHCL.
